Who We Are

C4CJV, LLC (C4CJV) is a Mentor Protégé Joint Venture established between First Division Consulting, Inc. (FirstDiv) and Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC). Over the years, we have worked together as two separate entities to provide exceptional support to our government customers. C4CJV was founded with the premise of combining our outstanding capabilities and experience in order to support our customers’ mission.

C4CJV is headquartered in the Washington, D.C. area and is an 8(a), SDVOSB small business entity. Our primary capabilities include software, cyber, cloud, network engineering, program management, and logistics services.

Protégé partner FirstDiv currently supports Department of Defense (DoD) customers by providing acquisition program management, military training, logistics, and field service representative support. Mentor partner RMC provides experience with a diverse group of customers, including the Air Force, Navy, Army National Guard, Transportation Security Administration, and Customs and Border Protection. RMC also has hundreds of employees who hold DoD cyber security workforce certifications.
